Limbs in horses have different functions. Thoracic limbs are designed to suspend the body, balance and cushioning, while the pelvic limb is the driving force. Horse’s weight rests equally on all legs and allows the horse to move freely in the balance. How works Hippo Flex ?

One common effect appears to be to “tie up” the enzymes that break down joint fluid and cartilage. If the supplement can get the attention of these destructive enzymes and occupy them, the balance inside the joint has a chance to get on top of the inflammation.
With age, or injury, a horse’s cartilage becomes drier and more fragile. Chondroitin for horses attracts fluids toward the joints like a magnet! Since the horse cartilage has no blood supply, all the nutrients and lubrication must come from the fluid that flows around the horse’s joint areas. This is where glucosamine comes in… Glucosamine is a major building block for joint nutrients. Glucosamine is the lubrication that chondroitin attracts to the horses joint. When the horse has a regular supplement of glucosamine and chondroitin, the joints and cartilage are lubricated and allow for the horse’s natural repair mechanisms to take command of the joints.
Chondroitin sulfate rebuilds tissue, and its water-binding properties have a significant effect on damping shocks, which are subject tothe joints. Should I give my horse Glucosamine HCI or Glucosamine Sulfate?

Glucosamine HCl and glucosamine sulfate both work equally well in horses, however, glucosamine sulfate has been proven more extensively over a period of time through study and research for its effectiveness.
